In 2002 I founded The Whole Dyslexic Society (www.thewds.org) and long story short we have a huge fundraiser for the whole of August. All details on the site.

The WALKING part:
We decided to walk a total of 8,000kms (the distance from the West to the East Coast of Canada) for $1 per km. Those taking part can walk, run, bike or swim their sponsored kms, or if you want an easy way to join in – just join my team:

The North Shore News ran an article about us on Sat Aug 1…

The TALKING part:
We launched our very own podcast series with Podbean https://trimac83.podbean.com/ and also on YouTube – just search The Whole Dyslexic Society. We publish a podcast every Wednesday and Sunday throughout August.

It really is about time everyone realised that people with dyslexia are learning able, they just don’t learn the way they are taught !
